Ground shipping is included for batteries in the price listed for USA orders. For international orders we ship by Express Mail with a tracking number and insurance because of the high value of the product. International orders will have a additional $30 added to the entire order to cover these costs. International customers please add the shipping charges to your Paypal order.
NeuEnergy 30/60 packs are ideal for your highest current applications. The cells are rated for 30C constant and 60C burst discharge currents. Available in 2,3,4,5 and 6S packs. The 4100 and higher packs have 8 or 10 gauge battery wires for very high current use.
NeuEnery used the common “10th inch” spacing connector plugs. These plugs are the same as used by Hyperion and others. We can supply a adapter plug for use with the ThunderPower balancer. This plug supports up to 7S battery packs. The adapter is available for 8.95 from our web store.
Lithium batteries are different and need to be treated with care to ensure your safety.
• NeuEnergy Lithium batteries MUST be charged with a charger designed for lithium polymer batteries. If you have doubts about your charger check with the manufacture before using on lithium batteries. Never charge NeuEnergy batteries above 4.2 volts/cell.
• Follow directions from the manufacture of the charger for setting the correct cell count and current.
• Never leave a battery on charge while unattended.
• Charge batteries in a container that is flame proof and away from items that can burn.
• Check the battery for ANY signs of damage before starting to charge. Any pack with damage should NOT be charged!
• Let batteries cool to ambient temperature after discharging before recharging.

•Do not over discharge your lithium batteries! Doing so may lead to greatly reduced life time. Do NOT discharge below 3 volts/cell.

•For long battery life avoid discharging the battery below 80% of its useful capacity.
•Use a motor controller with a lithium low voltage cutoff function which will limit the depth of discharge.
• Size the lithium battery for the expected load--don’t undersize the battery!
