There are 5 types of batteries available SP,SP2,NP,EP and XP. The newest versions of the EP,NP,SP and SP2 cells are all 5C charge capable. The  constant/pulse discharge rates for the different types are  as follows:

XP 25/50C

EP 30/60C

NP 35/70C

SP 40/70C
